1. I removed my other
optimisation/cache plugins 

2. I run a control test via
tools.pingdom.com/ 

3. I did a bulk graphics optimisation
(took 10 minutes 400gfx)

4. I did a database optimisation (took
1 minute)

5. I disabled 2 plugins found by the
speed Profiler (1 minute)

6. I enabled Viper Cache and turned on
SSL switch asy my site is https 

7. I re-run the test via pingdom
discarding the 1st result to be certain
that the cache is active (1 minute)

No while some of the above may not make
sense, understand one thing. WP
Optimiser makes your sites load faster,
and as long as you can install a
Wordpress plugin you can use it.

I've already installed this on my main
blog with dramatic results, getting the
