Speed up Your Website or Google Will Slap You

Published: Mon, 02/12/18

Earlier today I sent you an email about
how important it was to make sure your
site loads quickly because of the new
Google slap that's about to hit us all.

Basically, if your website loads slow
Google will kick you further down the
search rankings.

Now it doesn't take an SEO expert
(which I'm not) to know this isn't good
news.

However, it's not only about Google.

If your site loads too slow you will
lose visitors who become impatient.

It's also been proven many many times
that people abandon slow loading sites.
I've done it many times and I bet you
have as well.

According to Kissmetrics, if your site
takes 3+ seconds to load you lose 50%+
of traffic & at 20+ seconds you lose
95%+ of traffic... that's a serious
problem.

"But John, my site loads fine"

It probably does, but as your site will
be a cached version stored on your
computer it will always load faster.

If you really want to test your website
use Google's insights tool. It will
tell you all you need to know.
(make sure you come back)

It will also tell you some stuff you
probably don't understand, I know I
didn't get most of it. I just knew it
wasn't good news and I had to fix it.

And I did fix it with this awesome
tool called WP Optimiser.

WP Optimiser is so easy to use. If you
can install a plugin then you are
already over qualified to use this.

So check it out, and speed all of your
sites up while avoiding the next big
Google slap.

Oh, and WP Optimiser is currently on
sale @ 75% off and you'll find an
earlybird coupon on page if you are
quick.
