Wow - I Never Expected That

Wow! Yesterday's email caused quite a stir.

In fact, I've never seen such a response from a single email.

While I did receive a few emails telling me I was way out of order, most were positive, telling me that I was spot on with what I said, and it brought home some truth bombs.
