Let me tell you a quick story.
Back in 2009, my youngest son Alex had just left school, (yes that makes me feel very old) he attended college for a few months but it wasn't working out for him and he was a little stuck with what he wanted to do with his life.
Knowing that he had shown an interest in my blossoming online business, and knowing that I needed some help with the ever-increasing workload I was faced with, I decided to offer him a Job.
Fast forward to the present day and Alex has now worked for me for over 10 years, and while working with family can be challenging for some people, us included at times, he remains my star employee.
