This Caught us Out BIG TIME! (so here's what we did)

Yes, we were really caught out by the demand for our Ultimate
Promotions bonuses - This is the bonus that we offered to promote any
offer of your choice via our high traffic networks until 2023.
As we rarely offer anything like this, the demand for this was totally
CRAZY, we initially had 25 available, but most of those went when we
opened early for a couple of hours, and the rest were gone within 24
hours, so we had to pull it!...
